Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Measurement : Support in performing measurements for the development of novel optical materials Fabrication : General assistance with fabrication tasks for photonics development Data Processing : Evaluation of measurement data and preparation for further analysis Statistics : Statistical analysis of measurement results Further Information : Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education : Enrolled in a technical degree at a University of Applied Sciences or University Technical Skills : First experience with technical measurement tools; hands-on exposure in an optical laboratory is a plus Motivation : High level of motivation and willingness to evolve with the topics at hand Language Skills : Fluent in English; German skills or willingness to learn are a plus Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
