In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment. You will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the site while working closely with the Facility Management team. How you’ll make an impact
Welcome and support visitors while providing professional assistance and information
Manage visitor registration and site access processes
Provide administrative support to the Facility Management team
Handle emails, orders, and related documentation
Coordinate repairs and liaise with external service providers
Manage meeting rooms and support day-to-day facility operations
Organize incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and facility services
Conduct regular facility inspections and building walkthroughs
Support safety, evacuation, and first aid initiatives
Your background
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented mindset with a professional and welcoming approach
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to represent the company professionally as the first point of contact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Very good German and good English language skills
