The successful candidate will lead end-to-end international qualitative-based engagements, including proposal and methodological design, fieldwork oversight, advanced analytics, and insight generation oversight. In addition, the candidate should be interested in understanding and integrating Oracle powered technology into primary market research innovations as well as broad experience in demand and forecasting research.
Responsibilities include working alongside business development roles to drive business growth, oversee project teams, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations on projects. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure rigour, compliance, and exceptional client service across global healthcare markets.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of qualitative research techniques, and proven experience translating and communicating complex data into compelling insights for senior stakeholders. Agency experience within healthcare market research is essential.

What you will do
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and research requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on leveraging qualitative research methodologies to derive meaningful insights and drive evidence-informed action.
- Work with experts to integrate Oracle powered technology solutions into market research consultancy services, as well as articulating the value of these solutions to answering client’s business challenges.
- Provide direction to project teams in the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-country research projects (including integrated programs), ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality insights, and workshop design and facilitation.
- Demonstrate financial and business acumen as well as robust control of projects to ensure accurate revenue and profit management and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with other Oracle Life Sciences divisions, geographies and domains, including quantitative, and digital specialists, and proprietary data services, to foster a cohesive and integrated approach to research efforts.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by supporting the Practice Lead in executing strategic goals, country leadership, and mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Required experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Data Science, Social Sciences).
- Previous experience working in primary market research and qualitative methodologies: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience encompassing the design and execution of international qualitative primary market research programs.
- The candidate should be well versed in understanding life science organisations challenges, especially in asset commercialisation.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability, assertiveness and self-sufficiency.
- English fluency (C2 level) is essential. Additional languages are considered a strong asset.
