Buyer Operations InternAmsterdam - Qogita, Netherlands · Internship · HybridOverviewApplicationAbout this job Apply Share job The role The Buyer Operations team owns the post-purchase experience for Qogita's buyers - managing support, claims, and marketplace coordination to ensure every buyer interaction meets the highest service standards.As a Buyer Operations Intern, your mission is to support buyers through every stage of their experience on the platform, contributing directly to the quality and consistency of Qogita's buyer operations. What you'll do Buyer support: Handle inbound buyer inquiries across email and chat, managing each case from first contact through to resolution and ensuring buyers always receive a timely, professional responseClaims management: Review and investigate claims raised by buyers — gathering evidence, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating decisions on whether to escalate or resolve, while keeping the buyer informed throughoutMarketplace coordination: Act as the bridge between buyers and suppliers, communicating clearly and professionally to drive fair and timely outcomes on both sidesProcess improvement: Flag recurring issues, identify trends in buyer behaviour, and contribute insights that help the team continuously improve how support and claims are handled What you'll bring Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and growExcellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationshipsProactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, and business analytics tools — training will be providedOpen to and curious about AI tools - at Qogita we embrace AI as part of how we work, and we expect our team to lean into thatAny additional European language competency is a bonusAvailable to join July 2026 Perks & Benefits Paid internship: €900 per month26 days annual leave (pro-rated for the duration of the internship)Travel reimbursement coveredLearning & development budgetDog-friendly officesOffice socials and annual company-wide offsiteMacBook and AirPods provided (AirPods are yours to keep at the end of the internship!)About QogitaQogita [Ko-gi-ta] is on a mission to keep retailers competitive by modernizing how wholesale procurement is done.
