Lead Event Setup
ABM is seeking a full-time working Event Labor Lead, that will assume ownership for all contracted services for a high-profile Fortune 500 Company and will be expected to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. The Event Labor Lead will perform various duties relative to the set-up and breakdown of events and janitorial work in the facility.
Pay: $27.05-$27.05/ Hourly

Provide oversight and supervision of an assigned event labor teams under the direction of the Event Labor Supervisors including but not limited to:
Work order management (assigning work orders to team).
Empower and foster open communication among the team.
Take part in the training of new and current event labor team members.
Support all arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests for all events including but not limited to: training rooms, common spaces, conference rooms, cafe or outside amenities spaces.
Responsible for oversight and execution of the work order lifecycle per internal and external KPIs.
Creating Work orders (as needed)
Work Order Acknowledgment (Pick up) – team deployment
Check In/Out
Picture and Notes
Close work order
Verify space capacities in all set styles, of all training rooms and common spaces at each
local site.
Ensure event storage is kept clean, palletized, organized/labeled, and all event inventory makes it back to the correct storage post event. Inventory process includes and not limited to:
Signing in/out and log any broken items for inventory tracking and proper placement
Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.
Communicating supply needs and equipment removals.
Primary point of contact for the client event team and building facility management team.
Primary point of contact to respond to all event related emails, chimes, texts and phone calls in timely manner.
Attending internal and external daily team meetings.
Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
Adhering to event safety standards and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.
Any and all other duties as assigned.
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
Experience with Work Order Systems is a plus.
Diligence and attention to detail.
Must be fluent in English with strong competency in reading and writing, strong communication required
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
