Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Integration developer - App Engine, CSM, Case Management, Integrations,
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
