Role responsibilities
The Business Development Associate supports Wealth Directors in acquiring new high-net-worth clients through sales support, CRM tracking, and pipeline management. They also coordinate client onboarding, manage RFPs, and act as a liaison for office events and sponsorships.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in a support role. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
