Global Security - Technical Security Analyst

As a Technical Security Analyst in Global Security, you will support the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, administering, and continuously improving integrated security solutions that protect the firm across both logical and physical threat spectrums. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Global Security, Global Real Estate, Global Technology, and external service providers to ensure robust security operations.

You will support operational, analytical, reporting, compliance, and documentation activities across multiple Technical Security programs. Leveraging your strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills, you will identify trends, support decision-making, prepare executive-level presentations, maintain operational reporting, and assist with the administration of security programs and processes. You will thrive in an in-office, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and adaptability.

Job responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, validate, and maintain operational, project, and performance data from multiple sources to support Technical Security initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, operational risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefing materials, leadership updates, and status reports.
  • Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise presentations and written communications.
  • Produce charts, graphs, visualizations, and summaries that effectively communicate operational performance and business results.
  • Support audit, compliance, governance, and risk management activities through documentation, evidence collection, and reporting.
  • Assist with maintaining procedures, job aids, process documentation, inventories, and operational records while recommending process improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to gather information, track action items, and support business objectives.
  • Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for new processes, procedures, reports, and technology enhancements.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and operational reviews while documenting key discussion points, action items, and follow-up activities.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and management reporting materials.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • 1+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, technical security, project coordination, or a related field.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with audit, compliance, governance, or risk management processes.
  • Basic understanding of networking and technology infrastructure concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Technology, or a related field.
