Job Description
Job Title: Total Rewards Manager – US & EMEA
Location: Northeastern United States (hybrid/onsite In Needham, MA as applicable)Scope: North America (US, Canada and Mexico) & EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Role Overview
The Total Rewards Manager will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs across the US and EMEA regions. This role ensures that total rewards strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
A strong understanding of EMEA labor laws and regional practices is essential, along with the ability to operate in a complex, multi-country environment.
Job Duties
Key Responsibilities
Compensation
Manage and update compensation frameworks across the US and EMEA, including salary structures and incentive plans.
Conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, and annual review cycles.
Ensure compliance with pay transparency and pay equity regulations across jurisdictions.
Benefits
Oversee benefits administration across both regions (health, retirement, wellness, leave programs) with a heavy focus on the US.
Manage vendor relationships and optimize benefit offerings for cost-effectiveness and employee value.
Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to improve employee experience.
