Senior Program Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead enterprise-critical cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is suited to a highly credible leader who can shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders across the organization, and lead complex, high-visibility programs with significant regional impact. Where you come in: * You lead enterprise-critical product, process, market, and tender design, implementation, and launch programs across EMEA, ensuring successful execution from early planning through deployment and continuous optimization. * You act as the senior regional program lead for highly complex, multi-country initiatives, owning delivery outcomes, governance, risk management, and overall business impact. * You translate global and enterprise strategies into integrated regional execution roadmaps, aligning scope, sequencing, and priorities to regional market dynamics. * You drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, regulatory, market access, supply chain, finance, quality, and operations to enable compliant and scalable delivery. * You identify strategic risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and guide resolution through structured recommendations and scenario planning. * You lead post-launch optimization initiatives, improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability, and converting insights into actionable improvements. * You establish and evolve program governance, reporting frameworks, and management standards to ensure visibility, consistency, and high-quality decision-making. * You act as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders, providing strategic input and influencing decisions beyond the immediate program scope.
