Sales Operations Intern (60-100%)

We're looking for a proactive and driven Sales Operations Intern to support our Head of Operations across sales enablement, day-to-day operations, and cross-functional business support. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants broad exposure to how a fintech company runs — from closing deals to keeping the business organized.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations (primary focus)

  • Support outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline tracking (CRM upkeep)
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client-facing documents
  • Coordinate client and partner onboarding and follow-ups
  • Maintain transaction database and prepare internal sales reporting
  • Prepare process documentations and identify efficiency improvements
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales/BD team and Operations team

General Business Support

  • Full administrative and organisational support of the management team (reporting, presentations)
  • Assist with basic finance and accounting tasks (customer invoicing, expenses, reconciliations)
  • General office management and team activities

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field;
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across different functions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable learning new tools (CRM, accounting software); Experience in vibecoding and use of AI-tools beneficial;
  • Fluency in English is required; any other European language such as German is preferred.
