Labcorp is seeking Kit Production Assistant V to join our Kit Production team in Indianapolis, IN.
Work Schedule: Rotating scheduled 6am-6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards.
- Maintain training files and updated training requirements.
- Work well with team and good communication skills with staff
- Must be able to move heavy material to restock areas and or move product.
- Knowledge and understanding of high speed equipment.
- Must adhere to all company training, company policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOP’s as written.
- Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintains own training file and required documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintain high productivity standards and quality standards. Alert management of any potential quality issues.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed.
- Must be able to stand long periods of time
- High volume and high production environment.
- Repetitive motion via labeling containers and using computer terminal.
- Work well with peers and good communication skills. Quickly identify and resolve issues and alert management as needed when problems arise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years kit production work experience
- One year of shipping experience
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year leadership experience
- One year prior training or background in dealing with external customers

- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Ability to take up challenges.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Must be able to move at a fast pace.
- Dynamic attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- IATA certification for handling and shipping DG/HAZ materials.

Pay Range: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
