Job Description
Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for the operational oversight, coordination, and execution of imaging-related clinical trials across RadNet sites. This role ensures adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and imaging quality requirements while partnering with radiologists, site leadership, sponsors, and CROs to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality imaging data.
You Will:
- Manage end-to-end imaging trial operations across multiple sites
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, imaging manuals, and sponsor requirements
- Coordinate site initiation, activation, and close-out activities
- Implement and standardize imaging protocols (MRI, CT, PET-CT, Mammography, etc.) per study specifications
- Ensure consistency in acquisition parameters, contrast usage, and timing
- Partner with modality managers and technologists on protocol training and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (e.g., GCP, FDA, HIPAA)
- Maintain study documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times
- Oversee imaging quality control (QC) and address protocol deviations
- Ensure patient confidentiality and proper data handling (de-identification, secure transfer)
- Serve as primary liaison between RadNet sites, sponsors, CROs, and radiologists
- Collaborate with operations leadership, scheduling teams, and referring providers
- Support feasibility assessments and site selection for new trials
- Oversee imaging data transfer to core labs and sponsors (PACS, portals, etc.)
- Ensure accurate labeling, anonymization, and timely submission of imaging studies
- Monitor study timelines, enrollment targets, and imaging turnaround times
- Train technologists and site staff on study-specific imaging protocols and workflows
- Develop SOPs and reference materials to support standardization across sites
- Track KPIs including scan quality, protocol adherence, turnaround time, and enrollment support
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders
To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Sciences degree, Clinical Research, or related field
- 3–5+ years of clinical trial management experience, preferably in imaging or radiology
- Strong knowledge of imaging modalities (MRI, CT, PET-CT, Mammography) and PACS systems
- Familiarity with clinical research regulations and compliance standards
- ARRT certification (preferred) or strong clinical imaging background
- Experience working with CROs, sponsors, and multi-site operations

Pay range is $62,400/Yr -$83,500/Yr.
