As a GCP Full Stack Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, helping to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing client engagements and delivering exceptional user experiences through strategic planning and execution
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to design, code, and test applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to enhance system performance
- Guiding teams in the adoption of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for efficient software delivery
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to validate software functionality
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Engaging in client management to build and maintain strong relationships and address client needs effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
- Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript programming
- Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
