Senior Full-Stack Engineer
About the Role
We're a mission-critical construction finance platform serving top private lenders nationwide, and we're growing fast — 3x year-over-year. We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our small, fully-remote, US-based engineering team.
You'll be building new platform capabilities that power virtual inspections, draw management, budget tracking, and portfolio analytics for lenders across the country. You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of exceptional engineers and a founding team with deep expertise in construction, mobile, and IoT.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
Build and scale web platform capabilities to support rapid, sustained growth
Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain experts to ship high-quality, user-facing features
Contribute to architectural decisions that keep the platform performant and maintainable as we scale
Work asynchronously and communicate clearly in a distributed, remote-first environment
Take ownership of features from scoping through deployment, operating with a high degree of autonomy

Proven track record building and scaling web platforms through periods of high growth
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, founding-team-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced working in remote, distributed teams
Authorized to work in the United States — visa sponsorship is not available
Nice to Have:
Domain experience in construction finance, lending, or regulated financial services
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 USD annually
Fully remote position (US-based team)
Location
