Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

About the Role

You will initially join the team as a Production Operator, ensuring products are packed accurately, safely and efficiently. As your experience builds, we will support your growth with additional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating filling and weighing equipment

  • Packing products into the correct containers and verifying weight accuracy

  • Labelling finished products ready for dispatch

  • Completing production documentation and records

  • Conducting TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checks and supporting 5S activities

  • Maintaining quality, safety and housekeeping standards

  • Working closely with Production and Quality teams to meet operational targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or processing environment

  • A current forklift licence

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • The ability to follow work instructions and safe operating procedures

  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Basic computer skills and confidence using production systems or HMIs

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work

Highly Regarded

  • Experience operating filling, packing or weighing equipment

  • Exposure to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

  • Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices
