Independent Contractor – CPT-11319 Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist/Marketing VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A licensed mental health therapist and intimacy educator is seeking a Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist to support the launch and ongoing management of her online education platform.

The primary responsibility of this role is building, organizing, and maintaining online courses within Circle.so using content provided by the client. This includes structuring courses, uploading videos, worksheets, and slide decks, testing the member experience, and ensuring all content is organized and functioning properly.

This is not a content creation role. The client and her marketing team will provide the written content, videos, and branding. The VA will focus on implementing, organizing, and maintaining the course platform while helping the business scale over time. The position is expected to grow into additional marketing and operational responsibilities as the business expands.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
