Key Responsibilities:  

1. System Update & Data Management:

  • Receive, validate, and update Shipping Instructions (SI) and shipment information into SCM systems.
  • Maintain accurate shipment data including: Container numbers, Seal numbers, Cargo descriptions, Quantities, Weight and volume details, Shipment milestones, Customer and vendor information,
  • Ensure all updates are completed, accurately and within operational timelines.
  • Monitor data consistency and prevent downstream process impacts caused by incorrect system entries.
  • Maintain high data quality standards and comply with operational procedures

2. Shipment Status Management:

  • Monitor and update shipment status throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Ensure shipment milestones are reflected accurately across SCM platforms.
  • Track exceptions, missing information, and system discrepancies.
  • Follow up proactively with relevant stakeholders to resolve shipment data issues.
  • Support visibility and transparency for customers and internal stakeholders through accurate system updates.

3. SI Submission & Operational Execution:

  • Ensure Shipping Instructions are completed and submitted before carrier cut-off timelines.
  • Verify shipment information before transmission to carriers and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate potential delays, data issues, or operational risks that may impact shipment execution.

4. Cross-Functional SCM Support:

  • Work closely with: Planning Team, CBL Team, Documentation Team, FinOps Team, Vendors, Carriers, Program Manager

5. System Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Ensure compliance with SCM work instructions and operational standards.
  • Conduct data validation checks to prevent operational and financial errors.
  • Identify recurring data quality issues and recommend preventive actions.
  • Monitor KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, and service quality

6. Continuous Improvement & System Excellence:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities related to system operations.
  • Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Support system enhancement testing and implementation activities.
  • Provide feedback to improve system usability and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to standardization and best practices across SCM operations

Qualification/s: 

  • Fresh graduates with strong system aptitude are welcome to apply
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, shared service centers, data management, or system operations is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of data discipline.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of transactional data.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and navigating systems.
  • Ability to understand how data flows across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with logistics, ERP, SCM, TMS, CargoWise, SCP, MODS, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Comfortable identifying and resolving system or data-related issues.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
