You’ll bridge the gap between design and development, crafting beautiful and intuitive user experiences in Adobe Creative Suite and bringing them to life with clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role is for someone who loves turning ideas into interactive magic. You’ll take part in every stage of the process, from concept sketches to live browser experiences, working alongside talented creative, development and accounts teams to produce work that looks amazing and performs beautifully. Key Responsibilities:Design engaging digital experiences using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.Translate your designs into production-ready HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.Work with enterprise APIs using JSON structured data.Deploy your projects using our server and CICD processes.Collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to refine UX and maintain consistency across projects.Use AI tools and agents to enhance your design and code workflow.Contribute to version-controlled projects using Git and Azure.Training will be provided where needed.Support digital marketing initiatives including campaign landing pages, branded microsites, and interactive experiences.And the occasional Wordpress or CMS based project too.Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility in all front-end work.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in a UX/UI or digital design role, ideally within an advertising or creative agency.A strong portfolio that shows both design thinking and front-end execution.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc) and familiarity with Figma, Canva or similar tools.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for design and code generation.Familiarity with Git or willingness to learn.Bonus skills include animation, SEO-friendly design, and light marketing content creation.What We Offer: The chance to shape digital experiences from concept to completion.Exposure to top brands and a creative, fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation.Mentorship in AI-assisted tools and workflows, Git, CICD, and advanced UX strategy and design.Upload your resume to autofill the applicationUploadFirst name *Last name *Email *Dial codePhone numberLinkedIn profileResume *Click or drag file to uploadSupported file format: .PDF; Maximum file size: 10.49 MB; Maximum file: 1;CoputerYes/NoProficiency *YesNoAI disclaimerThis application process may use AI-enabled systems to support candidate evaluation based on factors such as experience, technical skills, and qualifications.
