As an AI Advanced Analytics - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Data and Analytics Engineering team, focusing on data engineering to support client needs. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver impactful solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to uphold professional standards and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing data engineering solutions using platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Managing data pipelines and workflows with tools like Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory to optimize data integration and transformation processes
- Building and maintaining scalable data architectures and infrastructure to support advanced analytics and AI-driven automation
- Conducting data modeling and validation to enhance data quality and accuracy across various data sources
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud-based data management and analytics
- Performing database administration and optimization for systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL to improve performance and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute data strategies that align with business objectives
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex data challenges and drive innovation in data engineering practices
- Confirming data security and compliance by implementing best practices in database security and data anonymization
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on data engineering methodologies and tools

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
