As a Technology Support III in Employer Platforms, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems. Your efforts will lead to a seamless user experience and a strong, collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with service delivery and technology policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Meet SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Perform due diligence on all changes impacting the location, reviewing details for potential impacts.
  • Execute and enforce key processes, including Asset Management and Media Management.
  • Maintain Technology Rooms and all spaces in a secure, orderly condition.
  • Escalate issues promptly to Technology Leads and relevant service owners.
  • Partner with peers across locations on troubleshooting and cross-location initiatives.
  • Deliver the Vulnerability Management lifecycle, including identification, reporting, and remediation.
  • Support Technology Leads in improving productivity, cost effectiveness, and value.
  • Provide problem management support for recurring incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Deliver high-quality end-user support with professionalism and clear communication.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience across multiple technologies and complex, large-scale, cross-functional project, production, or service delivery and client support.
  • Background supporting product areas such as storage, standard voice, voice recording, network, rack & stack, and cabling management.
  • Working understanding of AI and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to maintain inventories and complete control checks accurately and on time.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to improving employee experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
  • Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to trader voice systems.
