The Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EOIR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions Business Unit is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst (P4) to provide Financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) support for the Yosemite and Teton Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) programs.
The role supports Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasting, external EVM Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), financial reporting, and program execution. This position supports programs with more than $300 million in existing contract awards and requires onsite work in McKinney, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for externally reported programs.
- Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) in accordance with IPMR/IPMDAR requirements.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
- Develop, support, and review quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
- Update RPLAN forecasts and analyze the impact of program performance on Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash (BSPC).
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
- Develop, review, and validate Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional organizations.
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs), project schedulers, and functional leads to maintain cost and schedule integration.
- Perform trend analysis and financial reporting using Microsoft Excel, including Analysis for Office (AO).
- Support compliance reviews and process audits.
- Perform risk assessments and document mitigation plans.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations to management.
- Support standard processes and resource management across programs.
- Participate in EOIR business initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
- Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, and Program Metrics.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including Analysis for Office (AO).
- Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience performing financial forecasting and trend analysis.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to management, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using SAP EV, MPM, PMX, PRISM MRP, and Analysis for Office (AO).
- Experience supporting compliance reviews, audits, and process improvements.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience preparing financial reports and written documentation.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
