We are looking for an experienced Lead Principal Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives that improve customer onboarding, implementation execution, and automation across Oracle Health platforms. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, healthcare technology, engineering, implementation operations, and applied AI.
This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen.   
About The Role
As a Lead Principal Product Manager, you will own product outcomes for high-impact automation and onboarding capabilities supporting the VA implementation lifecycle and broader onboarding to Gen2 platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders to turn implementation insights into clear requirements, roadmaps, and scalable automation.
The role has a particular focus on VA success as it relates to onboarding acceleration, configuration automation, and product provisioning. You will identify where implementation milestones, recommendations, and configuration work can be streamlined, then align teams around a practical roadmap that improves speed, consistency, and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on product leader who is comfortable operating in complex technical and organizational environments. You will translate stakeholder needs and implementation learnings into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes. You will balance customer urgency, technical feasibility, consulting workflows, operational readiness, and long-term platform strategy.

What We Are Looking For
·      10+ years of product management experience leading complex software, enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, implementation tooling, automation, or platform initiatives                                                                         .      ·      US Citizenship on US soil is required.  This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen.    
·      Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through roadmap definition, delivery, adoption, and iteration.
·      Experience translating customer and consulting workflows into product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
·      Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation, recommendation systems, configuration tools, onboarding platforms, provisioning, or implementation technology.
·      Strong technical fluency with cloud platforms, APIs, data flows, integrations, software delivery, reliability, security, and scalability concepts.
·      Ability to turn ambiguous operational needs and implementation learnings into focused product direction, prioritization decisions, and practical delivery plans.
·      Experience partnering effectively with engineering, consulting, implementation, product, operations, and customer-facing teams.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
·      Sound product judgment, strong prioritization skills, and a bias for action in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
·      Working knowledge of agile delivery practices and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
·      Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative inputs to measure time savings, adoption, implementation progress, and business impact.
·      High ownership, resilience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for improving healthcare experiences through scalable automation and implementation capabilities.
·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
·      Experience supporting VA implementations, healthcare onboarding, EHR deployment, clinical configuration, or large-scale healthcare transformation programs.
·      Experience building AI-enabled products, workflow automation, recommendation capabilities, or configuration tools.
·      Familiarity with Oracle Health, ViSTA, DCW, customer implementation milestones, or healthcare consulting workflows.
·      Experience with provisioning tools, Gen1-to-Gen2 platform transitions, and requirements or roadmap development for platform capabilities.
·      Comfort engaging with executives, clinicians, administrators, implementation teams, technical stakeholders, consulting teams, and customer-facing field organizations.

What You Will Do
·      Drive support for VA expansion and broader onboarding to Gen2 platforms, coordinating with consulting and other stakeholders to incorporate lessons learned.
·      Maintain a product requirements document for AI Success Navigator that defines the user journey and identifies VA implementation milestones that can be automated.
·      Build the AI Success Navigator roadmap using corresponding product requirements document, VA implementation lifecycle, existing work in flight, and consulting input to prioritize automation opportunities and future integrations.
·      Lead the initial roadmap focus on configuration automation, including recommendations and configuration capabilities, using a pilot configuration focus area.
·      Determine, map, and prioritize the next focus areas for configuration automation.
·      Own product management for the current Gen1 automated provisioning tool, including requirements documentation, OHRM bar requirements, and weekly engineering coordination.
·      Create and maintain product artifacts including PRDs, roadmaps, user journeys, dependency maps, meeting decisions, Jira and Confluence documentation, and success metrics.
·      Communicate product direction, risks, dependencies, decisions, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $119,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
