We also believe you have:

• A university degree or other relevant education
• Proven experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in a complex or fast‑paced environment
• Experience working with the Lumera insurance platform
• Extensive insurance product expertise, especially in contractual pension, with a solid understanding of how evolving customer expectations influence services and offerings
• Strong change‑driving capabilities, confident in leading both strategic and operational product initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and comfortable conducting meetings and producing documentation in English
• A collaborative mindset and a positive, solution‑oriented approach
