About the Role
We're building the simulation engine that powers adaptive software and multi-agent systems — and we need a talented Front End Engineer to own the customer-facing UI. You'll work at the intersection of complex simulation technology and elegant product design, collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver an intuitive, high-performance front end that scales with our platform.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What You'll Do
Own the design and implementation of the customer-facing product UI end-to-end.
Rebuild the front-end layer to tightly integrate with the simulation engine and its APIs.
Build interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and experiment flows that make complex simulations simple to understand.
Manage complex application state and data synchronization across agents, clusters, and experiments.
Collaborate closely with product design to deliver polished, intuitive experiences.
Optimize performance for real-time feedback and visualization of simulation results.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable component libraries, and front-end best practices.
What We're Looking For
Required
3+ years of professional front-end development experience with React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience building data-driven, real-time visualization UIs and dashboards.
Experience consuming APIs and integrating with simulation backends or agent-based systems.
Experience with state management for complex UIs (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX).
Familiarity with deploying front-end apps on Vercel and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Strong collaboration skills with product designers and backend engineers.
Strong CS fundamentals and the ability to translate complex requirements into polished UI.
