Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model parameters to improve their contextual understanding and output quality. The workday includes iterative testing, evaluation, and adjustment of models to ensure they meet the desired performance standards within targeted applications. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and precision in language model deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- Strong experience in front-end development frameworks and technologies related to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to integrate user interface components with backend services effectively.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing UI performance within complex content management systems.
- Knowledge of best practices in UI development to ensure accessibility and usability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
