Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist (CCL) and play a key role in delivering outstanding service while coordinating import and export shipments for our customers.

 

How you create impact

• Coordinate international ocean import and export shipments following customer SOPs and Working Instructions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring proactive communication and an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with origin and destination offices, operations, customs, finance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs while ensuring service quality and operational profitability.
• Support customer onboarding, business implementations, and continuous process improvements.
• Manage documentation, update SOPs, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating international freight transportation, customs processes, customer account management, or freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of ocean logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
