Your role and scope will evolve as SetSwap grows. There may be travel associated with this role.What You’ll OwnOperational Onboarding & ActivationLead the onboarding of studios, production companies, and vendors from initial engagement through live, high-quality inventory and successful first transactionsTranslate high-level agreements into practical, executable workflowsWork directly with warehouse teams and operators to ensure inventory is properly structured and ready for useDevelop repeatable onboarding systems that can scale across multiple partners and marketInventory Organization & Retrieval Systems (Critical)Design and implement systems that ensure items can be reliably located after they are soldOperate within real-world environments that are often:unstructuredinconsistently labeledactively in useCreate practical solutions such as:location tagging (zones, aisles, sections, containers)labeling systemsphoto documentationinventory mapping workflowsEstablish clear standards so that any listed item can be found quickly and consistentlyMarketplace & RentalSpace ExecutionOversee day-to-day operational flow from listing → transaction → fulfillmentSupport partners in executing rentals and sales in real-world conditionsIdentify and resolve operational issues that impact reliability or user experienceEnsure early transactions run smoothly and build trust with partnersShipping, Logistics & FulfillmentDesign and manage shipping workflows across:small parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)freight and large-scale shipmentsCoordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and vendorsSolve challenges such as:multi-location pickupsbulk shipmentstime-sensitive deliveries for productionsBuild relationships and processes that optimize cost, speed, and reliabilityUnion-Aware OperationsOperate effectively within unionized environments (e.g., studios, warehouses, production settings)Understand role boundaries, chain of command, and when coordination with union labor is requiredEnsure operational plans respect existing workflows and relationshipsAdapt execution strategies to align with union expectations and avoid disruptionFuture Storage & Logistics SystemsWork closely with leadership to support the rollout of storage and container-based logistics systemsHelp develop operational workflows for:container organizationinventory tracking within storage unitsmovement and distribution across locationsContribute to building scalable infrastructure for long-term logistics operationsOperational Systems & Process DevelopmentBuild and maintain SOPs for onboarding, inventory management, and fulfillmentCreate systems to track:listingsshipmentsrentalsoperational issuesContinuously improve workflows based on real-world feedbackPrepare operations to scale across new partners and marketsCross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with internal teams to ensure operational realities are reflected in platform workflowsProvide feedback from the field to improve systems, processes, and user experienceEnsure alignment between how the platform is intended to work and how it...
