Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner 3 leads consultations with executives, including senior executives. This role supports a diverse client group by partnering with HR colleagues to create and deliver business solutions for various challenges.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Serves as a trusted advisor and coach to managers. Helps implement business strategies and planned initiatives set by HR leadership. Responds to HR issues flexibly. Demonstrates the ability to define and implement creative solutions to complex issues.
- Coordinates activities to develop facility and corporate HR Business Partners' skills. These skills enhance and align with the department's goals.
- Manages complex HR projects to improve the HR team's performance. Manages initiatives like mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and outsourcing to handle people issues effectively.
- Identifies and uses various people metrics to support HR programs. Aligns these programs with business goals and assesses their performance.
- Gain client feedback to improve service levels. Alert HR to issues or projects that may impact other areas.
- Represents HR on a variety of teams, committees or task teams as designated by the HR leadership.
- Identifies, designs and facilitates employee and management training on HR related topics that support operational goals.
- Participates in designing the Affirmative Action Plan program, policies, and procedures. This includes employment, compensation, benefits, and performance management to improve goal achievement.
- Serves as a resource to other Regions within the organization to supplement staffing needs due to shortages.
- Conducts advanced examination of exit interviews, engagements, ethics line, and other employee data. Builds programs, processes, policies, and training to affect organizational change.
Key Success Factors
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines.
- Ability to provide consistently excellent customer service with empathy, patience and confidence.
- Able to balance multiple demands and respond to time constraints.
- Ability to research, examine and disseminate information.
- General computer skills include using software applications, data entry, information security, electronic medical documentation, handheld scanning, and email.

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 7 Years of Experience
