Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing daily ATM cash load reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving ATM reconciliation discrepancies
• Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
• Cash order cross-checking, reconciliation and payment processing
• Resolving various queries from CIT providers & Internal Departments
• Maintaining Cash Order and Rebank information in internal database
• Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
• Following up missed cash services
• Coordination of ATM installations and removals
• Organising Security Site Surveys with CIT Providers
• Confirming and Booking of ATM de-cashes and first cashing
• Updating and maintaining records in database
• Monitoring and following up of Non-Transacting CIT Terminals
• Accurate and timely reporting to external parties as per agreed formats
• Assisting with monthly Bailment reconciliation and KPI reporting
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

Cash Services Coordinator Specific:
○ Accuracy in reconciling figures

○ High attention to detail

○ Strong analytical approach to problem solving
○ Establishment and maintenance of a strong working relationship with all staff, CIT providers and Financial Institutions
○ Ability to prioritise work for efficiency and control
○ Demonstrated ongoing improvements in systems and quality 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Qualifications
• Bachelor/Diploma in Commerce/Finance preferred but not essential

Experience       
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Microsoft AX Dynamics experience
• Online Banking Facilities
• DCPro
• Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired
