About this opportunity
Join our Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions team as the Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Product & Engineering for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS). This role requires a proactive and organized professional with strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and experience managing travel logistics and executive calendars. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, handles competing priorities effectively, and manages sensitive information with discretion.
## What you will do
* Calendar and Schedule Management: manage and maintain the executive's calendar, ensuring schedules reflect business priorities and upcoming commitments are well-prepared for.
* Meeting Coordination: prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take notes, track follow-up action items to ensure productive and efficient meetings.
* Travel Management: coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and necessary travel documentation. Attention to detail is essential.
* Expense Management: process and manage travel expenses and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
Communication Support: serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence professionally and ensuring timely responses.
* Information Organization: gather and consolidate information into clear summaries to support the executive's preparation for meetings and decision-making.
* Relationship Management: build and maintain productive working relationships with internal teams and external contacts to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
* Confidentiality: handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Ad Hoc Projects: support special projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.

## The skills you bring
* At least 7 years of experience providing administrative support to senior and C-level executives.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
* Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) –proficiency with CoPilot preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
* Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
