The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Europe Equipment Portfolio, microelectronics and data center serves as the commercial portfolio owner for Ecolab’s equipment offerings across Europe. Reporting to the High-tech Europe Marketing Director, this role is responsible for defining the market-facing portfolio strategy and roadmap for equipment solutions, including liquid cooling equipment such as coolant distribution units (CDUs), monitoring, and supporting infrastructure used in data center applications.

Portfolio ownership in this role means guiding what problems the Europe equipment portfolio solves, how offerings are structured and differentiated, and how lifecycle decisions are made over time, while partnering closely with Engineering Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure technical execution and commercialization are aligned. This role supports high-priority growth initiatives across datacenter and microelectronics to shape how the equipment portfolio evolves as customer adoption accelerates.

How you'll make in impact:

  • Own the Europe market-facing equipment portfolio roadmap for datacenter and microelectronics, including offering evolution, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions

  • Define equipment offering architecture, tiering, configurations, and positioning to support scalable customer deployments across Europe

  • Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into clear portfolio priorities and roadmap inputs

  • Partner with Global Engineering Product Management to ensure market requirements and customer needs are reflected in the technical roadmap

  • Act as an industry‑facing equipment subject‑matter leader in customer discussions and strategic engagements

  • Lead launch readiness and go‑to‑market execution for new and enhanced equipment offerings

  • Support strategic and late‑stage sales opportunities, influencing solution design and value articulation

  • Create and maintain equipment‑specific sales enablement tools, messaging, and commercial guidance

  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Global and Europe R&D, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to ensure commercial and operational readiness

  • Contribute to the evolution of the portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand, refine, or simplify offerings over time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, product ownership, technical commercialization, or equipment portfolio management

  • 3+ years’ experience in industrial capital equipment marketing and/or sales with demonstrated project management skills

  • Experience translating complex products into clear, customer‑focused offerings and value propositions

  • Experience supporting data center, thermal management, or liquid cooling markets

Preferred qualifications:

  • Marketing qualification, MBA, or equivalent commercial training preferred

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, using foresight and judgment to influence portfolio and commercialization decisions

  • Experience in developing and launching new products/services

  • Experience in product / customer portfolio management

  • Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results
