As a CDTR - Enterprise Technology Solutions - MS - Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Risk Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Compliance and Security. You will be responsible for driving transformation controls and security integration, leveraging your skills to deliver exceptional client service. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning and execution, confirming that projects are completed successfully and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Oracle compliance and security solutions for client engagements
- Managing client support activities to address compliance and governance needs
- Developing and executing compliance program implementations and audits
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation and audit records
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Guiding teams in the development of policies and guidelines for compliance oversight
- Facilitating compliance technology integration to enhance operational performance
- Conducting compliance reviews and providing advisement on regulatory standards
- Designing remediation plans to address compliance gaps and improve governance frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and service excellence
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support compliance and governance initiatives
- Promoting the use of innovative compliance strategies and tools across projects
- Confirming data integrity and security within compliance frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing compliance processes and improving client outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and compliance technology
- Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking in risk governance
- Excelling in compliance program implementation and regulatory guidelines
- Leading teams in operational risk management and policy implementation
- Developing policies and guidelines for corporate governance and corrective actions
