You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and strategic insight generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Mapping: Track EPR obligations across Solstice businesses in the EU, UK, US, and Canada.

Data Management: Collect, validate, and analyze complex packaging, sales, and environmental data.

Sustainable Innovation: Investigate and implement alternative compliant packaging with Logistics and Manufacturing.

Compliance Reporting: Support accurate regulatory filings and deliver monthly data reports to leadership.

System Ownership: Maintain high data integrity within EPR management systems and compliance tools.

Insight Generation: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations to improve data quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and optimize processes.

Audit Support: Assist with compliance audits, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

Education: Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Analytical Power: Strong skills handling large datasets with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Communication: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear insights.

Execution: Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly.

Core Interest: A genuine passion for environmental compliance and circular economy frameworks.

Desirable Extras:

EPR Experience: Exposure to packaging compliance, environmental reporting, or data auditing.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UK pEPR, EU PPWR, or relevant US and Canadian state legislation.

Sustainability Frameworks: Basic knowledge of GHG accounting, ESG reporting, or SBTi standards.
