Job Description:
The Supply Chain Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include but not limited to the following: Cross functional departmental communication and problem resolution, specialized (sequestered) inventory management, backorder management and resolution, DRP ordering, RMA processing, order auditing, cycle count processing, global change process within Tecsys. In addition this position manages and conducts analysis on all departmental stocking inventory requests as well as serves as the liaison between clinical end users and warehouse operations. Position offers front line support for order processing related to warehouse operations. Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field Experience: ▪ Required: 1 - 2 years related experience. Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Self-starter. ▪ Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite programs and Lawson, preferred. ▪ Knowledgeable of the fiscal year-end and inventory process. ▪ Understands and is compliant with regulatory process Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
