Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Operations Manager to lead our META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) hub operations. This role is crucial for optimizing logistics, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and driving value creation across the region.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the META hub, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Implement and champion Agility core practices and utilize relevant Agility tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve complex operational challenges.
Apply strong business and commercial acumen to drive profitability and operational excellence.
Develop and execute comprehensive logistics management strategies, optimizing transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
Lead and participate in critical negotiations with suppliers and partners, utilizing robust negotiation planning and preparation.
Manage various projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks through effective risk management strategies.
Monitor and improve supplier performance through rigorous Supplier Performance Management frameworks.
Cultivate and maintain strong Supplier Relationship Management practices to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and implement robust supply chain management strategies to enhance efficiency and resilience.
Integrate sustainability awareness and initiatives into daily operations and strategic planning.
Identify and implement opportunities for value creation and management throughout the supply chain.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within a global or regional hub environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices and relevant Agility tools.
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Extensive experience in logistics management and supply chain optimization.
Highly skilled in negotiating, with a track record of successful negotiation planning and preparation.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Solid understanding and practical application of risk management principles.
Experience in supplier performance management and supplier relationship management.
Deep knowledge of supply chain management best practices.
Awareness and commitment to sustainability principles and practices.
Proven ability to identify and drive value creation and management initiatives.
