Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.Your new adventureAs a GS Academy Coordinator at BRP-Rotax, you will drive procurement capability through training by designing and delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring consistent knowledge and alignment with global standards while continuously driving process optimization.Drive global sourcing process optimization and build capabilities through targeted training initiativesDesign, standardize and continuously improve end-to-end global sourcing processesEnsure efficiency, transparency and alignment with global standards and system landscapeAnalyze process bottlenecks and identify automation and digitalization opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on process improvements and global standardsCreate and maintain process documentation, workflows and visualizationAct as subject matter expert for process and system-related topicsDevelop, plan and deliver training programs for processes, tools and systemsConduct onboarding sessions and drive continuous capability development across regionsAssess training needs and maintain a qualification matrix in collaboration with HREnsure adoption of processes and systems through tailored training and change supportTrack training effectiveness and monitor knowledge retentionSupport audits and ensure documentation readiness and complianceAlign global and local teams on standardized workflows and best practicesIdentify and prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact and feasibilityYour skills and experiencesUniversity degree and 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally as a trainerDeep understanding of procurement processes; experience in process development or continuous improvement.Strong communication skills and ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.Experience with digital training content, training platforms, and learning structures.Self-driven, agile, and confident in leading workshops, programs, and global initiatives independently.Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions.Fluent English and German (written and spoken).We offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
