Executive Office and Strategic Engagement Lead, Asia

Key Accountabilities: 1. Executive Narrative & Leadership Enablement Serve as the strategic communications advisor to the Asia ISD RDL and the RDL Leadership team, shaping business and leadership narratives, and delivering executive communications that align to business priorities and organisational objectives. Develop leadership messaging, speeches, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, executive events, and thought leadership content while ensuring a consistent and compelling leadership voice across all channels. Establish success metrics, monitor engagement and sentiment, evaluate communication effectiveness, and leverage insights to continuously refine strategies, messaging, and communication programmes. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management,or related experience; OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience. 4+ years specialized functional (e.g., retail, technology) experience. 6+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role. Experience leading leading executive communications and strategic storytelling for a senior leadership team (VP/CXO equivalent) within a large, complex organisation, including translating business, technology, AI, or transformation initiatives into communication strategies and executive narratives
