Join our Payments team as a Fraud Project Manager and help financial institutions deliver large-scale payments fraud prevention and payment transformation programmes. You will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen fraud controls across payment flows, support the implementation of new operating models, and help clients modernise their payments capabilities.

Your Skills & Qualifications
- +8 years of experience in project management on fraud, payments or payment transformation topics within financial services.
- Native fluency in Dutch and fluent English (French is a plus)
- A degree in business, economics, technology or a related field.
- Experience working in consulting or in a project-based role.
- Proven track record leading transformation programmes, payment projects, regulatory initiatives or operational change initiatives.
- Good understanding of fraud risk management, payment fraud prevention and transaction monitoring within financial services.
- Familiarity with payment operations, payment schemes, cards, instant payments, SWIFT/ISO 20022, PSD2/PSD3 or related payments regulations is a strong plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
What will you do?
As a Payments Fraud Project Manager, you will lead strategic payments fraud transformation initiatives, helping financial institutions strengthen fraud prevention, detection and monitoring capabilities across their payments ecosystem.Your key responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end fraud and payments transformation programmes within financial institutions.
- Translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Managing large-scale change initiatives involving payment operations, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating teams and driving stakeholder alignment across business, operations, technology, compliance and risk functions.
- Supporting the implementation of fraud prevention, transaction monitoring and payment control solutions.
- Monitoring programme delivery, managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, controls and ways of working.
