Job Summary:
As an Analyst or Associate in FX Sales in our Paris team, you will support coverage of Nordic institutional clients by delivering FX market colour, ideas, and tailored solutions. You will help clients implement hedging and investment strategies across cash FX and FX options, partnering closely with trading and other internal stakeholders. You will contribute to idea generation, execution, and client engagement, while building technical depth and commercial judgement in a high-performing team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Generate trade ideas for hedging and investment purposes across client portfolios
  • Provide timely market updates and actionable macro commentary to clients
  • Support client coverage across portfolio managers, execution teams, and research counterparts
  • Price and execute FX cash products (spot and forwards) in partnership with trading
  • Price and execute FX options (vanilla and structured solutions) in partnership with trading
  • Prepare client materials and pitches that translate market views into clear trade proposals
  • Coordinate with internal partners to deliver client solutions and resolve trade-related queries
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on macro and market developments
  • Support continuous improvement in client coverage, content, and workflow efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience or strong interest in FX markets, derivatives, and institutional client coverage
  • Technical understanding of FX cash and FX options and how clients use them
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with internal partners and clients
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with market data and trade parameters
  • Ability to prioritise, execute with urgency, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
