- Provide support and influence senior management and all personnel within the organization to reinforce the importance of HSE leadership and ensure that HSE is prioritized alongside other business objectives.
- Foster the development of an organizational culture centered on HSE, recognizing the current maturity level of the organization’s culture, and collaborating with managers to elevate HSE maturity.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary HSE subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical support to business teams and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, risk reduction initiatives, and implementation of best-in-class HSE practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action programs to prevent injuries, environmental incidents, and business interruptions.
- Analyze HSE performance indicators and trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for improving site performance.
- Lead employee engagement activities, safety campaigns, and training programs that reinforce accountability and ownership at all levels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions that enhance workplace safety, employee well-being, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
- Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate assessments while ensuring timely closure of findings and action plans.
- Collaborate with regional and global HSE teams to deploy corporate initiatives, share best practices, and drive standardization across the organization.

We Value
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
