As a QA Automation Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our software and product innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your technical expertise and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes
- Managing and optimizing performance testing and defect resolution to enhance user experience
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and quality assurance methodologies to identify and resolve software defects
- Overseeing the design and evaluation of quality assurance processes to improve software reliability
- Coordinating the integration of systems testing and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality
- Developing and maintaining test protocols and cases to support comprehensive software testing
- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback to leverage team strengths
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive product development and client satisfaction
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address quality challenges and opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
