About the Role
Join an early-stage, Y Combinator–backed startup that is automating the marketing services industry, beginning with SEO and AI search optimization. The platform uses autonomous agents to help B2B SaaS startups drive organic growth — covering strategy, content, backlinks, and paid campaigns. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary technical partner for a portfolio of fast-growing startup clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform and achieve measurable growth outcomes.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, driving platform adoption and delivering tangible growth results.
Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Onboard and coach customers on best practices, helping them optimize marketing ROI through the platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to resolve issues and ensure value realization.
Monitor client success metrics and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve growth outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Experience at a fast-growth startup with a track record of delivering measurable wins.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.
Proven ability to onboard and coach customers to drive platform adoption and ROI.
Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and work closely with engineering and product teams.
Experience monitoring success metrics and providing actionable strategic recommendations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, and customer success.
Impeccable communication and writing skills — clear, persuasive, and precise.
High intellectual horsepower and strong emotional intelligence; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tough, hands-on problems.
Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent analytical problem-solving capability.
US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 – $122,000 per year
