As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that uses a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through Epic software solutions
- Implementing Epic applications and providing training for seamless integration
- Supporting clients in achieving strategic objectives by utilizing Epic software expertise

- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business analysis to inform insights and recommendations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business analysis for client solutions
