IQVIA is seeking a Consultant to support Consumer Health Analytics engagements across BE and broader European markets. The role requires a strong blend of commercial analytics expertise, client-oriented problem solving, and storytelling capability. The successful candidate will work closely with consulting teams and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, develop compelling client presentations, and support strategic decision-making for leading Consumer Health organizations.

Assignments typically involve analytical problem solving, data interpretation, insight generation, and development of client-ready recommendations within an established consulting framework.

Analytics & Client Deliverables

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to address business challenges across Consumer Health categories.

• Analyze consumer, sales, market, and commercial performance data to generate actionable business insights.

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for client and internal stakeholders.

• Support market assessments, performance tracking, segmentation, and growth opportunity analyses.

• Develop structured storylines and executive-level presentations tailored to client needs.

• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

• Synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.

• Ensure analytical outputs are translated into business-relevant implications and actions.

Project Delivery and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Support multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

• Collaborate with consulting, analytics, and client-facing teams across EU markets.

• Contribute to project planning, execution, quality review, and stakeholder communication.

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve project outcomes.

• Work effectively with onshore BE /EU consulting teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Build strong working relationships with project teams and contribute to a collaborative delivery environment.

• Participate in client discussions and support development of recommendations where required.

Mandate skill and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Life Sciences, or related quantitative disciplines.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, commercial analytics, market research, or related fields.

• Experience working on Consumer Health, Healthcare, Pharma, or Commercial Analytics engagements preferred.

• Experience supporting European or international markets is an advantage.

• Strong commercial and business analytics capabilities.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Strong storyboarding and presentation development skills.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive and client-facing presentations.

• Ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Python for analytics, automation, and advanced data processing.

• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with Consumer Health market dynamics, category performance measurement, and commercial effectiveness analytics.
