• 英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

• システムの仮想化、オンプレミスまたはハイブリッド クラウド コンピューティングのいずれかのソリューションに携わった経験。

• 分散システムに携わった経験。

• クラウド コンピューティングに携わった経験（認定資格の保持、インターンシップやコースワークの履修経験など）。大規模なマルチノード環境における複雑なワークロードの問題のデバッグに携わった経験。

• 一般的なソリューション、設計パターン、ベスト プラクティスに精通していること。

• 中国語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。

Responsibilities

• 効果的な診断、解決策、新しい調査ツールの導入によりお客様の問題を管理し、お客様側で発生する Google Cloud Platform プロダクトの課題への対応力を強化する。

• お客様から報告された問題のトラブルシューティング、再現テスト、根本原因の特定、迅速に診断できるツールの作成を行う。また、こうした活動を通じて Google のプロダクト テクノロジーとその基盤となるアーキテクチャについて理解を深める。

• お客様および社内のエンジニアリング チーム、セールスチームに対してコンサルタント兼 SME（サブジェクト マター エキスパート）としての役割を担い、導入に関する技術的障害を解決するとともに、Google Cloud の改善を図る。

• 複数のプロダクト チームやエンジニアリング チームと協力してプロダクトの改善方法を探りつつ、サイト信頼性エンジニアリング（SRE）チームと連携してプロダクトの品質向上を図る。お客様の問題を把握し、そのニーズをクロスファンクショナルなチームに伝える。

• 必要に応じて、週末を含む標準的な就業時間外に（またはシフト制で）業務を行う。
