You'll work closely with store management and the operations teams, ensuring inventory counts are “spot-on” and that company policies are followed with precision. - Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
- Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
- Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
- Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
- Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
- Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/retail environment and handling merchandise.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no major offenses.
- Availability to work from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
- Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stoop, reach overhead, and climb ladders as needed.
- Comfortable traveling by car or plane, including overnight trips.
