Position Summary

Teledyne LeCroy is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to define, align, and accelerate the company's global marketing and digital strategy across its diverse portfolio of businesses, including oscilloscopes, protocol analysis, communications test solutions, and specialized instrumentation markets.

Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Global Marketing & Digital Strategy will be responsible for establishing marketing vision, digital strategy, communications governance, and customer engagement initiatives across all divisions and regions. The role serves as the enterprise leader for Teledyne LeCroy's global web presence, brand stewardship, marketing effectiveness, and marketing technology initiatives.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on organizational transformation. Initially, a significant focus will be placed on evaluating and modernizing the company's global digital presence, website governance, content strategy, customer experience, SEO performance, analytics capabilities, and marketing workflows. Over time, the role will expand to drive broader marketing alignment, market visibility, and business growth across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will lead through a combination of direct management, cross-functional collaboration, and matrixed influence, partnering closely with divisional leadership, product management, sales, engineering, regional marketing teams, and corporate stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and business priorities.
  • Establish company-wide marketing goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
  • Strengthen Teledyne LeCroy's market position and visibility across targeted technical and industrial markets.
  • Partner with divisional leaders to align marketing activities with product strategies, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing investments and initiatives support measurable business outcomes.

Digital Strategy & Web Governance

  • Own the strategic direction of Teledyne LeCroy's global digital presence and customer-facing web ecosystem.
  • Define and maintain global standards for website architecture, user experience, content governance, branding, and digital engagement.
  • Lead website modernization initiatives, platform improvements, search optimization programs, and digital customer experience enhancements.
  • Establish a scalable operating model for website management and digital operations across global business units.
  • Ensure digital platforms effectively support lead generation, product launches, customer education, recruiting initiatives, and brand visibility.

Marketing Communications Leadership

  • Provide strategic leadership and coordination for marketing communications activities across all divisions and regions.
  • Establish best practices for messaging, content development, campaign execution, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Promote consistency while enabling individual business units to address the unique needs of their markets and customers.
  • Collaborate with divisional marketing communications managers to align priorities, share resources, and improve execution.
  • Develop frameworks that strengthen communication across product lines while maintaining technical accuracy and market relevance.

Customer Engagement, CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Own the company's marketing technology strategy, including CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, customer segmentation, lead management processes, and customer engagement tools.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen alignment between marketing activities, customer engagement, opportunity development, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Establish enterprise-wide processes and metrics that improve visibility into customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifecycle performance.
  • Define CRM governance, data quality standards, reporting frameworks, and customer insight capabilities across the organization.
  • Ensure CRM and marketing automation platforms effectively support global campaigns, product launches, customer communications, lead nurturing, and business development activities.
  • Develop strategies that improve customer targeting, personalization, and account engagement through more effective use of customer and market data.
  • Promote best practices for customer data management, marketing operations, campaign execution, and sales and marketing alignment across divisions and regions.

Product Marketing & Commercial Support

  • Partner with product management, engineering, and sales organizations to improve market awareness of key technologies, products, and solutions.
  • Support successful product introductions, technology launches, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing content effectively communicates technical differentiation and customer value.
  • Strengthen customer engagement across the buyer journey through integrated marketing programs and digital channels.

Digital Performance, Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Establish a data-driven marketing culture focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to website performance, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and market visibility.
  • Drive the use of analytics and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and investment decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, market dynamics, and emerging customer engagement practices.
  • Present executive-level dashboards, recommendations, and performance reviews to senior leadership.

AI and Marketing Innovation

  • Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, content development, analytics, and digital experiences.
  • Establish governance and quality standards for AI-assisted marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the company remains positioned to capitalize on evolving search, content, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Promote innovation while maintaining technical accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance requirements.

Organizational Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

  • Build strong relationships across divisions, regions, and functional organizations.
  • Lead through influence within a matrixed global environment.
  • Develop marketing processes, governance models, and collaboration frameworks that improve alignment and efficiency.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop marketing talent across the organization.
  • Build and evolve the future-state marketing and digital organization as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology, industrial, scientific, semiconductor, electronics, instrumentation, or test & measurement markets.
  • Proven success developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading global or multi-regional marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web strategy, customer experience, SEO, analytics, and marketing technologies.
  • Experience leveraging CRM, customer data, and marketing technologies to improve customer engagement, sales and marketing alignment, and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Preferred

  • Experience in test & measurement, semiconductor, electronics, networking, communications, industrial technology, or related technical industries.
  • Experience managing or modernizing large global website environments.
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, or governing CRM and marketing automation platforms in a global B2B organization.(new)

Salary Range:

$188,000.00-$250,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
