Collaboration with various stakeholders to align goals and drive impactful outcomes is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that support strategic objectives.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Adept at problem-solving with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable business outcomes.
