As Marketing Manager ENT – International & Emerging Markets, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of one of our most important focus areas, supporting the adoption of COBLATION◊ Intracapsular Tonsillectomy and our broader ENT portfolio across a diverse and dynamic international region.This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative team where you will partner with commercial leaders, global marketing, supply chain, and medical education colleagues to turn strategy into meaningful action. Working across multiple markets, you will influence how our products are positioned, launched, communicated, and supported, helping healthcare professionals access technologies that can make a genuine difference to patients' lives.What will you be doing?
In this role, you will act as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution. You'll work closely with teams across International and Emerging Markets to ensure the right products are available in the right markets, supported by compelling marketing programmes, effective training, and strong educational initiatives.As the regional marketing lead, you will help bring marketing plans to life, adapting global strategies to meet local market needs while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand positioning. You will analyse market performance, identify opportunities for growth, and work with stakeholders to optimise commercial success across the region.You will also play an important role in forecasting and demand planning, partnering with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and supporting successful product launches and lifecycle activities. Alongside this, you will contribute to the development of commercial capabilities through product training and educational programmes, whilst also supporting congresses, professional education events, and engagement with key opinion leaders.Key areas of responsibility include:- Executing regional marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with global objectives
- Driving localisation and deployment of marketing communication campaigns across multiple markets
- Supporting demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and product availability
- Providing market insights to support business planning and decision making
- Supporting new product launches and portfolio lifecycle management activities
- Delivering product and procedural training that enhances commercial effectiveness
- Supporting regional congresses, educational programmes, and key opinion leader engagement
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse international markets
What will you need to be successful?

You will be someone who thrives in a fast paced international environment, enjoys collaborating across functions and cultures, and can confidently turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.You will be at your best when balancing commercial priorities with operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a clear focus on delivering value for customers and patients.To succeed, you will bring:- Regional or international marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another highly regulated environment, with a track record of successfully delivering marketing initiatives across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including experience with demand planning, forecasting, product performance analysis, and using market insights to drive business decisions and improve execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across commercial teams, global marketing, supply chain, medical education, and senior leadership audiences.
- A hands on and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigate complexity, prioritise effectively, and deliver high quality outcomes in a fast moving international organisation.
